When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are dispatched the same working day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your board leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our longboards and components worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built completes may be subject to a restocking fee.

Are the boards pre-assembled?

Yes, all our complete longboards come fully assembled by our expert mechanics and are ready to ride straight out of the box.

What payment methods do you accept?
