Carver 30" Emerald Peak C7 Surfskate
The Emerald Peak C7 is a nod to the swallowtail revolution - and while the shape of the tail doesn't exactly affect how this one turns as it would on its surfing counterpart, the compact length and wheelbase certainly take care of it. It's on the smaller side for a surfskate, perfect for manoeverability, whipping turns in small spaces and pumping up to speed down the line.
That's not to say that its really small - the width is a comfy 9.75" so this thing is a real fish, short and fat. Bigger feet will have more than enough room to play with.
This setup has the Carver C7 truck underneath. This works together with the short wheelbase to create something really special - if you're not sure which truck you want, we've reviewed the Carver C7 vs CX vs Landyachtz surfskate trucks on our site. Feel free to give us a call if you can't decide!
One thing to take note of with this complete is the "sugarcoat" spray-on griptape. It looks fantastic, as you can see, but is a smidgen softer than regular griptape. On the plus side, it won't ruin your flip-flops. On the other plus side, you can always clear grip over the top at a later date!
One of the best looking surfskates we've got on offer no doubt. Get those shoulders moving, shred your local carpark, grab a tarp and get pitted!
